Who Cali Nights Is Best For

We believe in being honest with you so you can do your best work. Here's where Cali Nights truly shines and where another formula might serve your client better.

Best for:

  • Skin types 2–4 with warm, neutral, or yellow/orange undertones
  • Clients who have pulled orange or brassy with other formulas
  • Artists who want one solution that works as both a rapid rinse and an overnight tan

May not be the best fit for:

  • Very fair clients with cool or pink undertones (skin type 1)  the olive warmth can clash and read slightly muddy. Try Elizabeth instead.
  • Very deep skin tones (skin types 5–6)  for maximum depth and penetration, Violet Skies is your formula.

How long does the self-tanner last?

We created this self-tanner with longevity in mind. Unlike many formulas that use alcohol and harsh ingredients that dry out the skin (causing tans to fade faster), ours is crafted with skin loving, hydrating ingredients to give you a longer lasting glow. Most clients enjoy up to 7 days of wear with proper care.

For the best results, exfoliate before application to create a smooth canvas, moisturize daily to keep skin hydrated, and use our tan extender to lock in color and extend the life of your tan. This ensures your glow stays even and radiant from start to finish.

The best natural looking self tanner I've found! It dries quickly after application and doesn't give a sticky feel. I apply every week, but it lasts longer. I apply two coats, leave on for eight hours, and have the perfect tan! Placing an order was easy and very fast shipping too!

Hands down THE BEST self tanner I have EVER used!!! They color is simply amazing. I am Italian & Puerto Rican so I have a natural olive Skin tone. Self Tanning Mousse:

This self tanner applied like butter! Sometimes self tanners don’t blend very well with the mitt, but be bronze blended almost like a lotion would. So easy! And the color is a true brown which can be so hard to find in a self tanners. I am currently on day 5 of the tan and the fading has been minimal, but it fades so naturally and beautifully! 10/10!
